Having been a Designated Safeguarding Lead for over seventeen years, I fully understand the pressure which the role brings. As the person with responsibility for responding to and dealing with any safeguarding issues which arise, you need support and guidance to carry out the role effectively and this is where I can help. 

In our supervision sessions, there will be opportunities to reflect on your practice, learn from your experiences, and receive support and guidance to develop your role. It will provide a safe space to help you manage the emotional demands of your role and to discuss any challenges you may face. 

Supervision package:

• Initial meeting to discuss school context, details and the way forward,
• Termly or half termly supervision meeting thereafter,
• Face-to-face or online,
• One-to-one session,
• 60 minutes for each session,
• Clear supervision contract,
• Preparation before the supervision and paperwork provided after the session.
